Administrative Services

The Department of Administrative Services has the joint responsibility for carrying out the functions of Human Resource Management and Civil Service Administration.

Among the activities carried out include personnel recruitment and selection; orientation; benefit administration; dissemination of labor union agreements, employment policies and procedures; assists with issues involving labor relations and contractual negotiations; personnel file maintenance; federal and state employment reporting; disability; and workers’ compensation.
